About the role

The Project Manager brings energy, structure and delivery expertise into the business, someone who thrives on turning complex client engagements into well-run, well-governed projects that land properly. From client onboarding and mobilisation through to implementation and closure, this role is accountable for keeping delivery on track across timelines, scope, governance, RAID, reporting and stakeholder management. It will also play an important role in continuously strengthening our project delivery approach by building on strong existing foundations and helping us evolve how we plan, govern and deliver for clients.

You will work at the centre of delivery, connecting clients and our internal teams to keep projects moving with clarity and momentum. This role needs someone who is comfortable in technical environments, can understand high-level architecture, dependencies and technical risk, and can challenge constructively when delivery starts to drift from the agreed design or scope. Your role is to make sure the right conversations happen at the right time, risks are surfaced early, decisions are clear, and the whole engagement moves forward in a way that feels controlled, credible and valuable to the client.

Key responsibilities

  • Take accountability for end-to-end project delivery across timelines, scope, milestones, governance, RAID management, reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Build, maintain and drive delivery plans that coordinate client onboarding, technical workstreams, dependencies, decision points and operational handovers.
  • Chair delivery and project meetings, ensuring actions, decisions, risks, issues and dependencies are clearly recorded, owned and progressed.
  • Work closely with clients, Client Success, Consulting and Operations teams to keep delivery aligned to agreed scope, design intent and commercial commitments.
  • Identify and escalate technical risks, delivery blockers and dependency impacts early, ensuring the right technical owners are engaged to resolve them.
  • Strengthen and mature the project management function by improving delivery standards, governance, templates, reporting and repeatable ways of working across projects.

Essential skills

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in a technical, cyber security, IT services or consulting environment
  • Experience managing project controls including timelines, scope, RAID, governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Experience coordinating clients, technical specialists and internal delivery teams across multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Strong project management capability, including planning, governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery control
  • Ability to follow and challenge technical discussions constructively to ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed design, scope and milestones
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge clients, technical teams and internal delivery functions without taking technical ownership
  • Service-oriented; desire to deliver excellent customer service
  • Exceptional: Consistently strive to exceed expectations
  • Trusted: Act with integrity to build enduring partnerships
  • Determined: Fail fast and strive to succeed
  • Human: Leave no-one behind
  • Entitlement to work in the UK
