About the role
Monitor, investigate, protect
As a Senior Security Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of our Security Operations Centre, monitoring security events, leading incident investigations, and delivering actionable intelligence across a portfolio of managed client environments.
You’ll work alongside detection engineers, threat hunters, and consultants to spot what matters in the noise, respond fast when it counts, and help clients understand the “so what” behind every alert — not just the “what happened”.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership over real client outcomes, not just a queue of tickets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security events in real time and triage alerts across managed client environments.
- Lead incident investigations end-to-end, from initial detection through to root-cause and remediation guidance.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable intelligence for client stakeholders.
- Tune detection rules and contribute playbooks that improve response time across the SOC.
- Act as a technical escalation point for junior analysts during live incidents.
